Responsible Alcohol Inclusion Statement

At Hampers & Favours, we include alcohol in some of our pre-packaged gift hampers in accordance with Victorian law. As we operate under the "gift exemption" in the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic), we are not required to hold a liquor licence.

Key Points for Our Customers

  • Alcohol is included only as part of a complete gift hamper, not sold separately.

  • We do not sell alcohol on its own, nor do we allow customers to choose or customise alcohol content.

  • Each gift hamper contains less than 1.5 litres of alcohol.

  • The primary purpose of each gift is not alcohol, but a gifting experience including food, accessories, and other items.

Age Restriction and Delivery

  • Hampers containing alcohol are only available to customers aged 18 years or older.

  • Alcohol will not be delivered to unattended premises. A person over the age of 18 must be available to accept the delivery.

  • By purchasing a gift hamper with alcohol from Koikoiinbox, you confirm that both you and the recipient are over 18 years of age.
