We dispatch our products from Melbourne and aim to process orders within 1-3 business days or 3 -6 business days for Personalised products, excluding weekends and holidays, following the receipt of your order confirmation email. You'll receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Kindly review and ensure the accuracy of the address you provide. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from address errors. In the event of a return back to sender due to any reason, you will be charge for postage fee to have your order resent back to you.
Domestic shipping rates are as follows:
- Standard shipping is set at a flat rate of $14.95.
- Express shipping is set at a flat rate of $29.95.

Delivery times are based on our delivery partners' estimated timelines.
